What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, e-transfer and cash. Payment can be pre-authorized at booking or settled after the trip.
Do you charge extra for waiting time?
Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (typically 30–60 minutes after landing) and we track your flight. For non-airport trips, the first 15 minutes are free; additional time is billed in fair increments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a partial charge to cover chauffeur scheduling. See our cancellation policy page for full details.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the ages and number of seats needed when booking.
Do you provide meet & greet service?
Yes. For an additional flat fee our chauffeur parks, meets you inside the terminal with a name board, helps with luggage and walks you to the vehicle.
