12 answers about booking, pricing, vehicles and pickup logistics.
How many passengers and bags fit in your Sprinter Vans?
The standard Mercedes Sprinter Van seats fourteen passengers with fourteen standard checked bags plus carry-ons in the dedicated luggage bay. The Executive Sprinter seats nine in leather captain chairs with a smaller luggage capacity — roughly nine checked bags — because the interior layout prioritises passenger comfort. For loads outside these ranges, we can dispatch a second vehicle or a larger mini-coach on request.
Do you offer hourly Sprinter Van charters or only one-way transfers?
Both. One-way flat-rate transfers cover trips like Ajax to Pearson, Ajax to Niagara-on-the-Lake or Ajax to a wedding venue. Hourly charters cover multi-stop days — weddings, wine tours, corporate roadshows, bachelorette parties. Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum and are quoted upfront with total cost including gratuity.
Can I book an Executive Sprinter for a corporate client visit?
Yes. The Executive Sprinter with captain chairs is the right vehicle for hosting visiting executives, board members or investor groups. It works effectively as a rolling meeting room for short distances and as a premium airport transfer for VIP arrivals at Pearson. Corporate accounts can standardise on the Executive Sprinter for VIP visits.
Do you provide chauffeurs for wine tours to Niagara?
Yes — Niagara wine tours are among our highest-volume Sprinter routes from Ajax. A standard day trip covers three to five wineries with a lunch stop, quoted as an hourly charter. Our chauffeurs know the winery access points, tasting-room booking conventions and driving times between estates, which meaningfully improves the day for a group of eight to fourteen.
How does pricing compare to booking multiple ride-shares?
For groups of six or more, a Sprinter Van typically undercuts the total of multiple ride-share vehicles once surge pricing, luggage constraints and coordination time are factored in. The advantage widens for longer trips (Niagara, Buffalo, Muskoka) and for early-morning airport transfers when ride-share surge is at its peak. Request a comparison quote and we will lay both options out.
Are the Sprinters wheelchair accessible?
The standard Sprinter Van in the Ajax fleet is not wheelchair-lift equipped. For accessible transportation — folding wheelchair storage, side-entry lift or ramped entry — please contact dispatch directly and we can arrange the correct vehicle through a partner accessible fleet with sufficient notice, typically 48 to 72 hours.
Can we bring alcohol on board for a wine tour or bachelorette party?
Ontario law allows unopened alcohol in transit; open consumption on board is not permitted in a standard Sprinter unless the vehicle is specifically classified as a party bus and the group has a private-event exemption. On wine tours, tastings happen at the wineries and any purchased bottles travel sealed back to Ajax.
