12 answers about booking, pricing, vehicles and pickup logistics.
How long does the Ajax to Pearson drive actually take?
Off-peak — after 9:30 a.m., after 7:00 p.m. and on weekends — the drive is 45 to 55 minutes. Weekday morning rush between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. runs 75 to 100 minutes westbound. We use live traffic data at pickup and add a buffer sized to your actual flight, so you land at the terminal on schedule regardless of which end of the range applies that morning.
How early should I be picked up for a 6:00 a.m. departure?
For a 6:00 a.m. international flight we recommend a 3:30 a.m. pickup, giving you a 4:15 a.m. arrival at the terminal for check-in cutoff and a comfortable security screening. Domestic 6:00 a.m. departures can usually run with a 3:45 a.m. pickup. Very early departures are our specialty — dedicated overnight chauffeurs handle all pickups before 5:00 a.m.
Which terminal do I need — 1 or 3?
Terminal 1 hosts Air Canada, Star Alliance partners (United, Lufthansa, Turkish, ANA and others) and most international carriers. Terminal 3 hosts WestJet, Sunwing, Air Transat, JetBlue, Emirates and many low-cost operators. Tell us the airline at booking and we confirm the terminal on the reservation. If your airline changes terminals we adjust automatically.
Do you accept last-minute Ajax to Pearson bookings?
Yes, subject to fleet availability. Call or WhatsApp the Ajax dispatch line and we will confirm within minutes whether we can dispatch a vehicle in time. Same-day bookings are billed at the same flat rate as advance reservations — no last-minute surcharge — as long as we can commit a chauffeur without disrupting other confirmed trips.
Can I add a stop on the way to Pearson?
Add stops in the booking form or note them in the message field. Common additions include a colleague pickup in Whitby or Pickering, a hotel handoff at the Delta Toronto East, or a package drop at a downtown office before continuing to the airport. Additional stops carry a modest per-stop fee, quoted with the base fare and never added after the trip.
What is included in the flat rate?
The Ajax to Pearson flat rate includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls if 407 routing is required, standard gratuity and HST. Nothing else is billed unless you request child seats (complimentary), oversize luggage handling or wait time beyond the included window. Extras are always confirmed in writing before you incur the charge.
Can two families share a Sprinter Van to Pearson?
Yes, and it is one of the most cost-effective ways to reach Pearson from Ajax. A fourteen-passenger Mercedes Sprinter accommodates two families of six with room for luggage, at a fare that typically undercuts the total of two separate SUVs. Coordinate the pickup addresses and we will route the stops efficiently.
