Cancellation Policy

Sedans and SUVs

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Specialty Vehicles

• Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are subject to cancellation charges.
• Please retain email confirmation of your cancellation for your records.

No Show

• No-show passengers are charged the full reservation amount.

Airport Transfers

• Airport pickup cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
• Round-trip bookings are treated as two separate reservations for cancellation purposes.
• If passengers cannot locate their chauffeur, they must contact dispatch before arranging alternative transportation.
• Leaving without contacting dispatch may result in the full reservation charge.

Weather

Achauffeur by GetLimo Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, unsafe roads or weather-related mechanical issues. Where a trip cannot proceed safely, we will work with you to reschedule.
