12 answers about booking, pricing, vehicles and pickup logistics.
Where inside the terminal will my chauffeur be waiting?
For meet-and-greet at Terminal 1, your chauffeur stands directly outside the customs exit doors on Level 1 arrivals, holding a discreet GetLimo.ca name board. At Terminal 3, the meeting point is the arrivals hall between the two customs exit corridors near the currency exchange. You receive the chauffeur's direct phone number and photo two hours before landing, so you can call as soon as you clear customs.
How long is the drive from Pearson to Ajax?
Typical drive times run 55 to 75 minutes for arrivals landing outside rush hour. Landings between 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. weekdays can extend the eastbound 401 drive to 90 minutes; overnight landings after 10:00 p.m. are the fastest, often under 50 minutes. Chauffeurs choose the route based on live traffic once you clear customs.
How much wait time is included if customs is slow?
Free wait time is 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals, measured from your actual landing time — not scheduled arrival. Nearly all customs delays at Pearson fall inside that window. Extended waits from severe CBSA backlogs of two hours or more are billed transparently in fifteen-minute increments at the rate posted on your booking confirmation.
What happens if my flight is diverted to Hamilton or Buffalo?
We monitor diversions the moment the airline announces them. If your flight lands at Hamilton (YHM) or Buffalo (BUF) instead of Pearson, we re-dispatch a chauffeur to the actual airport at no additional dispatch fee. The difference in kilometres from the original quoted trip is billed at our published per-kilometre rate, always documented on the updated confirmation.
Do you handle late-night and overnight arrivals?
Yes. Overnight arrivals — the 11:45 p.m. Air Canada from Vancouver, the 2:10 a.m. Air Transat from Punta Cana, the 4:00 a.m. Emirates from Dubai — are handled by dedicated overnight chauffeurs. There is no late-night surcharge for arrivals booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Can you pick up multiple passengers arriving on different flights?
Yes. A single Sprinter Van can consolidate multiple arrivals landing within an hour of each other, or the same chauffeur can handle two sequential pickups from the same terminal. Both approaches typically save meaningful money versus separate vehicles and reduce the number of drivers your family or team is coordinating with.
Do you have a Sprinter Van for extended families flying in together?
Yes. A Mercedes Sprinter Van seats fourteen passengers with a dedicated luggage bay behind the last row — capacity for extended family reunions, sports teams, or corporate groups arriving on the same flight. We recommend meet-and-greet for Sprinter arrivals so the chauffeur can help coordinate luggage collection at the carousel.

Do you charge extra for waiting time?
Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (typically 30–60 minutes after landing) and we track your flight. For non-airport trips, the first 15 minutes are free; additional time is billed in fair increments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a partial charge to cover chauffeur scheduling. See our cancellation policy page for full details.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the ages and number of seats needed when booking.
