These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply when the Customer avails the Taxi and Limo service provided by the company Getlimo Taxi and Limo service. The Customer agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by the Company is at the sole risk of the customer.The Company disclaims all expressed and implied representations and warranties of any kind and the customer acknowledges it.
PRICING STRATEGY AND FARE QUOTATION
The pricing of Getlimo is self regulated and not prescribed by any regulatory authority. All advertised fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events. The fares quoted are based on distance and time as per the provisions of the vehicle and the information provided by customer while reservation. The toll, gratuity, tips, parking and waiting charges, and other taxes, if any, are not included in the fare quotation and will be payable by the Customer as and when applicable.

PREPAY RESERVATION FEE
For a pickup up from the Airport, $15 pickup up fee charges by YYZ will be added.
Additional Toll charges must be paid by the Customers, if taxi crosses the toll post.
WAITING TIME CHARGES
Waiting time charges are applicable if the passengers arrive late to pick up location. Waiting time is charged at every 15 minute increments, and it is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle.
Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be considered in waiting time charges.
Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on a round-trip. Waiting time charges is not applied for curb side pick-ups at the airport.
Waiting time charge is applicable for meet & greet service at the airport.
Airport parking fee is incurred when you request meet & greet service at the airport. When booking a reservation from the airport for an SUV, 13 passengers Van, or stretch Limo, airport parking fees will be added to the fare. Parking fees range from $3 to $15 based upon the Port Authority.
ADDITIONAL STOP CHARGES
Any additional stops during your trip will incur extra charges and it is not included in the fare quotation. Please discuss the fare related to additional stops, with our customer service representative by phone or email, when booking a reservation. Additional stops are calculated by the difference in distance from the route between the source pick-up and destination drop off. You may obtain an exact quote for additional stops, in advance. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made after the requested time-frames are subject to fees. Cancellations must be received at least 4 hour in advance of the service pick up time in order to avoid any cancellation fees. To cancel a reservation, please call our toll free 1-888-999-4545 or 647-390-0006.
RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY
Any changes to the reservations must reach Getlimo service by phone, email or through the Gatlimo.ca website atleast 4 hours before the scheduled pick up. The changes made within the allotted time frame cannot be satisfied. The cancellation due to this may incur a full (or) partial charge to the customer. To change a reservation, please call our toll free 1-888-999-4545 or 647-390-0006.
If Getlimo is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 20 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, using the reservation information provided by the customer, then the trip will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled. Also if the customer is not being at the pick-up location without informing Getlimo taxi & Limo Service may result in a no- show charge.
ONLINE - CARD PAYMENT
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service accepts all of the following cards for payment:
American Express. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club International. Getlimo Taxi and Limo Service also accept virtual credit cards or any other type of "single-use" card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online use. When paying by credit card, you must supply the credit card number in advance for pre-approval purposes and it does not constitute payment for the trip. When reservations are made using debit or credit cards, a preliminary hold equivalent to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to secure the anticipated total including additional charges like tolls, additional stops, gratuity, and waiting time. Once the payment is processed, this hold is released approximately 3-5 business days after the trip.
PAY WHILE DRIVE
The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. To ensure the validity of the card, additional identification may be asked by the driver. To accept the card for payment,all the card information and signature must match. The credit card payment must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. Passengers may not leave the vehicle during the trip, for any purpose, without signing the uncompleted credit card slip. The full fare will be charged to the card, if the passenger fails to return to the vehicle.
Credit cards are processed approximately 3-5 business days after the trip date. The charges will appear on your card statement with the processing date and not the trip date.
All transactions are handled in a safe and encrypted format by a secure server to ensure maximum security to Getlimo and our customers. We assure that your information is kept confidential, private, and safe. As a continuous process, we guarantee to adopt new security technology as it becomes available. All bookings are subject to audit after the completion of reservation. The changes are made occasionally to mathematical error corrections or to reflect the actual tolls, additional stops, parking fees and waiting time charges.
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service fares quoted in the invoice are inclusive of taxes.
Getlimo Taxi & Limo service operates at its maximum intensity to provide Limo and Transportation services as requested by our customers.
Vehicle Images presented on the Getlimo.ca websites may differ from the actual vehicle.
POLICY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service and its members are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles.We consider our valued customers and will make every effort to locate your property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We hold found items for 30 days If you think you have left an item in one of our vehicles, you may contact our customer service department at 1888 999 4545 or by filling out our Lost & Found Form online to report the lost item. Our representative will get back to you regarding the status of your property. If your item has been found, you may retrieve it at our office. If you wish to have any courier pick up the item from our office and deliver it to you, inform our customer service representative that you will arrange for courier service to make the delivery.
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items and this fees are based on the full travel rates.
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service and its members are not responsible for deserted plans, missed flights, or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances includes - acts of nature, acts of terrorism, flight and weather delays, travel congestion, road closures, accidents which are out of our control.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service, liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.
In no event will getlimo taxi and limo service, be liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of programs or information, business interruption, loss of profits and the like) inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or arising out of the use of the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if getlimo.ca or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service. Due to some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the limitation stated above may not apply to the customer in such states, getlimo.ca liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Getlimo Taxi & Limo Service and our customers have agreed to these Service Terms within the State of Ontario, for all purposes. This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Ontario, Canada. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Getlimo.ca and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ontario, Canada. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Getlimo.ca's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Getlimo.ca may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
