Reservations and Traveling
1. How do I access the Getlimo online reservation facility?
Log on to www.getlimo.ca and the eReservation feature is available on the home page.
2. How far in advance is required to make a reservation?
Reservations are recommended to be made 12 hrs in advance. If needed, bookings can be made with minimum two hour notice to Get Limo Services.
3. How am I noticed when my car arrives?
We do attempt to contact by a call to our customers when their drivers are on location.
4. How do I cancel a reservation?
To change or cancel a reservation, please call our toll free # 1-888-999-4545 or 416-800-1009. Cancellations must be received at least 4 hour in advance of the service pick up time. Cancellations made after the requested time-frames are subject to fees.
5. Is it possible to make a change to my reservation?
Getlimo tries to the best of its facility, to hold your reservation changes even at the last minute.
6. What should I do when I land in airport, if I have already booked a reservation from the airport?
1. Clear customs and luggage
2. Call our toll free # 1-888-999-4545,a car number will be assigned to you,
3. Proceed to the pre-arranged designated post.
4. See Commissionaire register for your name at desk and ask your Get Limo car to be called in, (within 2-3 minutes you will find your car there

Vehicle Issues
1. Does Getlimo supply facilities for travelling with kids?
Yes, we provide infant or booster seats on request.
2. How many passenger and luggage capacities supported by Getlimo vehicles?
A Standard vehicle can accommodate up to four passengers with 3 standard size pieces of luggage.

Payment/Tolls/Parking/Cost
1. How do I get my receipt when I choose pay while drive?
Your driver will provide you with a cash receipt in the vehicle at the end of your trip. In case, you forgot to get a receipt in the vehicle, you can get a receipt online. You may also call our office at 1-888-999-4545 Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm and request that a receipt be faxed or mailed to you.
2. Who is responsible for any toll charges incurred during my trip?
Passengers are responsible for any toll charges incurred throughout the trip. The additional toll charges will be informed to you by the driver upon arrival at your destination.
The fare quoted by our website or representative does not include the tip amount.
3. Do I need to pay tips?
When traveling in a Sedan, Luxury Sedan, Mini-Van, 9-passenger Van, 13-passenger van, stretch limousine and SUV, the privilege is at the discretion of the passenger. It is regular to tip a driver 15%-20%.
The fare quoted by our website or representative does not include the toll amount.
4. What are the acceptable modes of payment?
We accept cash, all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Discover, as well as PayPal. We do not accept cheque.
5. How does the waiting time charged by Getlimo?
Waiting time charges are applicable if the passengers arrive late to pick up location. Waiting time is charged at every 15 minute increments, and it is based on the hourly rate for a particular vehicle.
Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be considered in waiting time charges. Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on a round-trip.
Waiting time charges is not applied for curb side pick-ups at the airport.
Waiting time charge is applicable for meet & greet service at the airport.
For all MEET AND GREET, please be noted:
International flights: First 45mins are free and all additional waiting time is chargeable.
Domestic flights: First 30mins are free and all additional waiting time is chargeable.
6.What does the reservation fare include?
The fare quoted by our website or representative includes only the base fare. The reservation fare does not include tips, tolls, additional stop or waiting time.
7. How much are tolls?
It depends upon the KM covered in travel.
8. Is the pre-pay option available for a reservation?
Yes, you may pre-pay for a reservation online through PayPal or at our headquarters by cash or credit card. To pre-pay at our headquarters, you may visit us Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM and speak with a customer service representative.
We accept all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, and Discover.
9. How much is parking fee and when incurred?
Parking fee is incurred when you request meet & greet service at the airport.
Parking fees range from $3 to $15.
Credit Card Payment
1. How do I make a payment through credit card?
If you would like to pay by credit card
  • You may pay in advance through Paypal.
  • Driver also accepts credit or debit card in the car
When you are booking online, on completion of your reservation, if you select pay now option, you will be directed to our PayPal pre-payment page to complete payment. If you need assistance calculating the tolls, additional stops, or waiting time amounts you may speak with a live agent by dialing 416-800-1009 or call us toll free at 1-888-999-4545.
You may also pre-pay for a trip at our headquarters Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM. We accept cash, as well as all major credit cards - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, and Discover card.
2.May I change my mode of payment at the end of the trip?
Yes, if you reserved your trip with a debit/credit card, the temporary hold on your card will last 3 -5 business days before the funds are released.
3. Can I use my debit card to pay for a reservation?
Yes. There will be a temporary minimum hold of $75 for approximately 3-5 business days until the actual charge is processed.
Special Needs
1. What is the age limit for my child to travel alone?
Children must be minimum 16 years of age to travel alone.
Lost Items
1. How can I get back my personal item left in a Getlimo car while travel?
If you have lost your item while travelling, you may contact our customer service executive to inform about your lost item with its unique identification by using the Lost and found form. In case if the item is found with us, you may discuss with us a way to get your item back either by direct walk-in to our office or by post/courier.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles, but we consider our valued customers we will make every effort to locate your property. You may also call our office at 1888 999 4545 or 416-800-1009 to speak to our customer service representative.
Corporate Accounts
1. How are the corporate accounts supported by Getlimo?
The corporate customers can now apply for a corporate account to enjoy the corporate services offered by Getlimo. You can create a corporate account by either contact our corporate manager at 1888 999 4545 / 416-800-1009 (or) fill out an online application at our website.
